I must struggle to be young and immortal again

\nWith one end shorter

\nthere, I said it
\nthat wasn’t so difficult
\nto name something is to have power over it<\/p>\n
I am still bargaining
\nreturning to England
\nthe odds of a kidney are better
\nI will miss my friends<\/p>\n
but still I have hope
\nperhaps there will be a tissue match
\nif I just close my eyes and believe
\nI could live another 15 years<\/p>\n
but then the cold hard light of reason shines through
\nI need to live each day for itself
\nif I am to make a mark
\nI should do it in the next three years
